Gift Aid Administrator - Funds Edition

Gift Aid Administrator is a database developed to help charities manage the Inland Revenue Gift Aid scheme. We have supplied over 200 copies of Gift Aid Administrator to charities through-out the UK.

Our latest version of Gift Aid Administrator (Funds Edition) allows charities record donations against specific funds/purposes.

Payroll Giving Administrator (Coming Soon)

We are currently developing a database to help administrate Payroll Giving schemes. Similar to Gift Aid Administrator in style and ease of use, the database will record the information you need to keep track of in running a Payroll Giving Scheme and enable you to quickly find information and generate reports.
Features will include the ability to

• enter and track donations and related costs
• identify inactive donors
• print out mailing labels for donors/employers

Before we release the database we would like to form a testing group to try it out and provide feedback to help us finalise the product. If you represent a charity that runs a Payroll Giving scheme we would like to invite you to take part in this “beta” testing. As a member of the testing group you will be given a copy of the database to use and will be asked to fill out a questionnaire once you have used the system for a while. Testers will receive a free copy of the final product for their charity.

IT Training Courseware

We have produced IT Training courseware primarily used by us when delivering IT Training.
