Simplify your Gift Aid claims with Gift Aid Administrator

Gift Aid Administrator - Funds Edition

Do you work for a registered charity? If so, does your organisation reclaim tax on donations under the Gift Aid scheme?

How do you keep track of your donors, donations and claims?

WebTrust have created a unique Gift Aid software package to make this process easier.

Gift Aid Administrator Main Interface

Gift Aid Administrator

  • keeps track of donations made
  • identifies where Gift Aid declarations are required
  • prints out Inland Revenue approved claim schedules

Features

Simple Installation

Gift Aid Administrator has a setup program which runs when you put the CD in your computer making the installation process simple.
Thanks to Pantaray Software Systems who have provided us with a free copy of their Installation Suite.

Regular Donation Automation

A real time saver for those who receive periodical donations. With this feature rather than having to enter the details of each donation every week/month Gift Aid Administrator can automatically enter the donation details for you at the press of a button given a few details.

Regular Weekly Donations Screen Shot

All you need to do is choose between weekly or monthly regular donations and then select a donor (or enter a new donor), enter the value of their donation, the payment method and the date on which donations started/are to start. Enter the end date if known or you can leave the end date open. You can then bring the donations up to date by pressing the Update Donations button.

Funds

Do you assign donations to different funds/purposes? If so you can set up funds/purposes and record donations against them and generate reports on each fund/purpose. Otherwise everything is assigned to the "General" fund by default.
