Copying Formula Results
This ITip explains how to copy a value from a cell rather
than the actual contents of the cell in Excel. This is useful when for
example you want to copy a list of numbers rather than the list of formula
that generated the numbers.
Click in the cell(s) that you'd like to copy
Select Copy from the Edit menu.

Click in the cell where you'd like to paste the cell(s).

Select Paste Special... from the Edit
menu.
- Select Values from the Paste options
- Select OK to close the dialogue.
