More Control when Drawing Shapes

This ITip gives a couple of tips on using the drawing tools available in most of the MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Publisher etc).

To draw a perfect horizontal or vertical line:

Hold in [Shift] while dragging to create the line.

To draw a perfect square:

Hold in [Shift] while dragging to create the square.

To draw a perfect circle -

Hold in [Shift] while dragging to create the circle.
