Bookmarks are Netscape Navigators way of remembering web sites for you.
You can save your bookmarks as a web page which you can then import into a different browser, take home on a disk or send to someone.

You now have a copy of your bookmarks in a web page. You can
double click on the file to open it and it can be taken home on a disk, e-mailed and so on.
